New Beginning is pleased to announce that we will offer primary provider services in relative or named child adoptions internationally. New Beginnings professional staff is uniquely qualified to providing services under the Universal Accreditation Act. We have Licensed Social Workers to help the family through the adoption and attorneys to guide the family through the legal steps. We have helped many families adopting an extended family member and will continue to do so under the UAA.

The UAA extends the safeguards of the Hague Adoption Convention to all international adoptions, including kinship adoptions. New Beginnings, working with the adopting family, will identify how each adoption service required under the Hague will be done and ensure that all adoption services are professionally done.

We will also consider being the primary provider for adoptions from countries that do not have an American agency currently providing services. There will be countries and situations in which we can not work, but we will explore the possibilities of adopting through a particular country and will look to provide services when possible.
