As an adoptive parent, my work at New Beginnings is especially gratifying. Being part of the adoption process, I see the compassion and professionalism displayed by my co-workers. New Beginnings is a small agency, but the professionalism in services is outstanding. The approach we take with our families is one of mutual respect and cooperation. We know our families personally and they know all of us. If there is a problem or a concern, we will take whatever time is needed to have it resolved. We share the joy of adoption with each of our families. We pride ourselves in providing support and information to our families before and after placement.
The fact that I am part of bringing children into healthy, caring families where they can grow and reach their full potential is very rewarding.
